Beautiful and delicious cookies

Recipe: (makes approx. 12)
120g butter
45g white sugar
45g brown cane sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Vanilla
210g flour
3 tbsp cold water
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
M&M's and chocolate chips as desired

1. Melt the butter and brown for approx. 3-4 minutes
2. Transfer the butter to a bowl and add the cold water.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir the dough briefly.
4. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for another 30-40 minutes.
5. Place balls of dough on a baking sheet and bake for about 13 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (upper and lower heat).
