Today I went out to check on a property where I hired a lawn care service to maintain the yard. They decided to cut corners and do the bare minimum — thinking I wouldn’t notice.

Big mistake. 😤

After walking the property and taking detailed photos, it was clear this job wasn’t done right — and they’re not getting paid until it is. 💪

Because in Property Management, you don’t just pay for work — you pay for results.
✅ Grass should be evenly cut
✅ Edges clean and trimmed
✅ Weeds handled
✅ Property looking professional and rent-ready

If you’re managing homes or flipping rentals, remember this:
