33:40 let's begin.. Note for the hammer and straight bar curls, I fix the problem of fiddling around with band by using switching to the ultra anchor on the wall, and by laying down on the concrete. This reduced the time greatly when switching between exercises.
55:27 earned a 2 minute rest after a fairly long and brutal first round of burnout training... and this is where I switch the position of the red band for biceps.
