We’re working with one of the wildest colts you'll ever see—straight from the range and trained by the most professional Amish cowboy you’ve never heard of. In this video, we’re putting in some light desensitizing, getting her used to the bit, and seeing how far she’s come.

We also take a break to check on the herd, drop some salt blocks, talk beef (the kind that doesn't come from the grocery store), and let the two-year-old rest before heading back to see how she’s holding up. Spoiler alert: she’s emotional, smart, and picking things up fast.
