Dr Kary Mullis was the inventor of the PCR technique for which he won the Noble Prize. The PCR was never designed to be used as a test for the diagnosis of infectious diseases, yet it was not only used to test for "HIV" but now for "SARS-CoV-2".

The genetic sequence of SARS-CoV-2 was created theoretically with computer software (the virus has never been physically isolated and proven to exist), and in fact the PCR is detecting short genetic sequences that are found in human DNA and over a 100 different microbes. Without this test creating positive "cases" there would be nothing to create the illusion of a pandemic, because there is no pandemic.
