Winter weather travel advisory in effect for Toronto

A winter weather travel advisory is in effect for Toronto with Environment Canada warning that periods of “heavy snow and reduced visibility” are possible this morning.
In its advisory, the national weather agency said areas east of Highway 400, including Toronto and Durham Region, may see hazardous winter driving conditions this morning.
“There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic,” the advisory noted.
