How Jesus Lived — The Promise of Resurrection

When Jesus arrived in Bethany, Lazarus had been dead for four days.
Martha met Him with grief and faith mixed together:
“Lord, if You had been here, my brother wouldn’t have died.”

And Jesus gave her one of the most powerful truths in all of Scripture:

📖 John 11:25–26 (CSB)

“I am the resurrection and the life.
The one who believes in me, even if he dies, will live.
Everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.
Do you believe this?”

Jesus didn’t just promise resurrection — He declared He is resurrection.
That means wherever He is, life wins.

💖 When hope feels lost — remember, His power begins where ours ends.
🌿 When grief feels heavy — whisper like Martha: “Even now I know.”
🔥 When death feels final — stand firm; for those in Christ, it’s only temporary.

📖 Revelation 1:18 (CSB)

“I am the Living One; I was dead, but look—I am alive forever and ever, and I hold the keys of death and Hades.”

What in your life feels beyond saving right now?

Do you believe Jesus can resurrect what feels lost?

How does knowing He is life change the way you face pain?

He’s not too late.
He’s never too far.
And He’s still the Resurrection and the Life. ✝️
