2 sets per muscle group per week can lead to very noticeable results. We're talking physique and health differences. About 11 major muscle groups and by doing things like compound lifts (partial volume for secondary and tertiary movers), supersets, dropsets, and myoreps, you can hit all 11 more than 2 times per week in 2 hours per week.
