Transcript (cleaned for readability while preserving intent):
“Matter of the People and Universal Ostrich Farm —
To whom it may concern and all others:
On the 19th day of October 2025, commands were given to the steward of the land. It appears that the living agent, service number [unreadable], is attempting to commit the crime of assumption of jurisdiction over our travel element.
We have given seven days with no response to this important matter.
The Universal Ostrich Farm, operating under Yusef, will be protected by land until the end of the day.
A non-response will be acknowledged as tacit acceptance and admission of lack of jurisdiction.
Witnesses are respected; names appear in letters for care of the birds.
Thank you for your time in this important matter.
I came here in my capacity to protect those who are stewards of this land. The Canadian government has no jurisdiction.
We do not have a treaty with the British Crown — we have a treaty with the land itself.
I am here to protect, not to take over. I am here to ensure these people and this land are protected under natural and spiritual law.”
