Candidate Oklahoma HD35 - James Winn

James Winn, a farmer and rancher from the Mannford area who worked formerly in oil and gas, has run against Ty Burns once before and lost.

Representative Burns, who was convicted of domestic abuse and assault, resigned from his position in August after being given concurrent, suspended, one-year sentences for the crimes.

A special election was then called by Governor Stitt for December 9th. James Winn is one of five other candidates - 3 Republican and 1 Democrat - running for the seat to be decided February 10th with a run-off slated for January 13th.

We'll talk to James about his platform (he is a supporter of Jim Shaw's Save Oklahoma Plan) and why he's decided to run again.
