Happy Veterans' Day. Veterans Day in the United States is a federal holiday observed on November 11th each year. It honors all military veterans—those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces—recognizing their service and sacrifice for the country. It originated as Armistice Day, marking the end of World War I, but now recognizes veterans of all wars and peacetime service. Without Veterans, having been willing to risk their lives and limbs, we would not have a country at all. Our present road to liberty stretches out before us, has been a long and dusty one. And we would not have made it, without the willing sacrifice of our Veterans. Tonight's show is dedicated to you. Thank you.
