Choose Light, Not Darkness, With Your Eyes

The Gospel reading today emphasizes the importance of the eyes as the lamp of the body, highlighting the need to choose what we look at carefully. While the Lord enlightens the soul, the body can be filled with light or darkness based on our choices. To be true to our desire for God’s light, we must align our actions and choices with His will, ensuring our whole being is filled with His light.
