A real tick? or $ for views on TV to push their drama?

I could be wrong...
but I don't believe it. An uncontrollable tick that allows harsh cursing. Never heard of it. I understand what ticks are... but this is too out there and over the top to for me. I don't care for all the fake 'reality TV' stuff. I did watch Ghost Hunters for about 6 years... but that was about it... but this Baylen girl... and she put it out there it's real and to spread awareness... but when she SMILED directly at the DASH CAM after saying some outlandish cursing about someone... it's acting. Again, we all know for 20 years now most of the reality TV shows are scripted.
This seems no different.
