This 10-minute upper body strength 80's themed workout includes a short activation and no cool down and can be done with light dumbbells (5's) or just bodyweight; perfect for travel this holiday season! This workout is completely standing and perfect for small spaces. If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok! Shoes and equipment are always optional.
