Dr. Kilian November 12 Interview

Today, I wanted to bring you news on the status of the case against the courageous Dr. Rochagné Kilian. Last I spoke about Dr. Kilian in August, she had just finished her penalty hearing. They did not give a penalty at that time.

Recently, the Tribunal gave the penalty decision, which is to suspend her licence for another 12 months, along with certain re-education courses, and costs of over $30,000 payable to the College.

This is no doubt a very stiff penalty - but the lawyers for the College had originally asked to
completely revoke her licence, even though it had already been suspended for almost four years. That's right, they wanted to remove this honest Doctor's ability to practice indefinitely.

I'm glad the Tribunal did not agree with this position.

However, Dr. Kilian's woes are not over. This punishment was only for her failure to comply with the order to hand over her patient files. She still has an ongoing disciplinary process for their initial investigation into her practice for giving out vaccine exemptions, and speaking out publicly against mandates and lockdowns. She will know more in February what exactly it is they feel they've found in the patient records they've been scrutinizing this past year.

You know that the this investigation and prosecution of Dr. Kilian has been very challenging on her and her family. She says the College of Physicians unjustly suspended her licence almost 4 years ago (preventing her from working as a Doctor) - which has forced her family to the brink of bankruptcy. She's had to sell her home and a variety of other family assets to stay afloat. She has also been saddled with well over $100,000 in court costs, plus an additional $36,000 as part of her penalty.

Would you please support her fight today?
