Royalties Rumor

The Tarot was asked if President Trump's posting of a meme from a satire site that claimed the D.O.G.E. team had found millions to Obama for "royalties linked to Obamacare" had a basis in fact, plus additional insights and information. Current debunking of the claim is only based on the fact that the meme first appeared on a satire site, plus assertions that it's false, no financial records from Obama, or audit information from the ACA has been offered. Hmmmm.
