Breakfast Sloppy Joes | Blackstone Griddles

Jeremy recreates a recipe from Cheri Reneé’s new Blackstone Griddle Camping Cookbook, making rich and cheesy breakfast sloppy joes with sausage, eggs, and a hit of maple syrup. Ingredients
6 large eggs
Blackstone SPG seasoning, to taste
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup maple syrup
4–6 brioche buns (depending on preferred serving size)

Directions
1. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl. Season with Blackstone SPG and beat with a fork until well combined. Set aside.
2. Preheat the griddle to medium heat. Add the sausage and cook for about 7 minutes, breaking it apart with your spatulas as it browns.
3. Pour the beaten eggs slowly over the cooked sausage. Stir and combine with spatulas, cooking for about 2 minutes until the eggs begin to set.
4. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the egg and sausage mixture, then drizzle the maple syrup on top. Mix everything together and cook for 1 more minute, or until the cheese is melted.
5. Spoon the mixture onto brioche buns and enjoy warm.
