Growing Up Christian Part II

My friends Faith and Kendyll are on the podcast discussing what it's been like growing up Christian. A lot of Christian content seems to be testimonies of people being delivered and finding faith in their adult years- and WE LOVE THESE STORIES! However, when you've grown up in the church and in faith your whole life there seems to be this pattern of perfectionism and striving that develops.

In Part II we discuss the difficulty of obedience, the lie of the prosperity Gospel, what the term "deconstruction" actually should mean and how underprepared we were for spiritual warfare as we matured in our faith.
