APAGON MASIVO EN RD...y estas son las causas.

El martes 11 de Noviembre la Rep. Dominicana vivió 8 horas de un inmenso apagón a lo largo y ancho de su geografía, y a pesar de que a éstas horas el sistema se ha restablecido, el suceso deja más incertidumbres que certezas.
