Congress Tells ATF to Stop Doing the National Firearms Act

Congress recently penned a letter to the Department of Justice, and the ATF outlining their position on the National Firearms Act (NFA). In that letter, they stated their intent for the NFA registration requirements to no longer be enforced or defended in court.
