Journalist Megyn Kelly delivered a forceful message to the conservative movement, warning that internal divisions are weakening the cause and handing “ammunition” to the left. Her comments came in a tense moment: both Tucker Carlson and Ben Shapiro —key conservative figures— are receiving serious threats, according to Kelly herself.

“I know Tucker and Ben are under serious threats; to be honest, so am I,” she said. “This is an extremely volatile moment… and certain comments can ignite a powder keg.”

Kelly calls out Mark Levin for refusing to debate

One of the strongest points in her message was her direct criticism of Mark Levin for refusing to debate Tucker Carlson, even when he has been invited to conservative events such as those hosted by Turning Point USA —where the next generation of the right is being shaped.

“Damn it, Mark Levin, shut up a little,” Kelly said. “Just debate like a man, on principle. Why don’t you go to Turning Point and debate him?”

For Kelly, Levin is wasting a valuable opportunity to speak to young conservatives, whom she described as “the future of the movement.”

“This is a gift to progressives”

Kelly also criticized Levin’s tone, which she said makes him sound “like a left-wing spokesperson” by dismissing other conservatives whom he doesn't want to share a stage with.

“This does not help ‘America First’ or the conservative movement,” she warned. “And it is a gift from heaven for progressives.”

Kelly added that even her Jewish friends would be happy to debate Carlson because they have solid arguments ready. If they can do it, she argued, then someone with Levin’s experience should also be able to.

An urgent call to close ranks

At a time when prominent conservatives face real threats and the left seeks to exploit any fracture, Kelly insisted that the right must regain unity.

Fewer internal attacks, more serious debate, and above all, more cohesion.

That was her central message:
division only benefits progressives; unity strengthens the conservative movement.
