This is how to get horse with new account in 2025 at lvl 1 character in less than 10 minutes for free. Without spending 95 LOTRO points for Riding skill (like in old times). During my first 1 hour of the game i spent my time with finishing spring festival quests, collected 40 tokens very fast and bartered a goat mount. You can see it at the end of the video.
