Safely farming basic Gunner's gear (a tip for newcomers).

This is the only non cheating way that I know of to SAFELY farm gear that The Gunners usually have as early as possible. Naturally, the Wasteland Workshop DLC is needed to achieve this.

All you need to start is 500 caps, set the cage at a height taller than 4 stories high like you see in this video and sleep for a few hours (Or do your usual exploration runs). Once the cage caught The Gunner in question, they will fall to their deaths once you release them without you ever needing to fire a single shot. The cage only needs 50 caps to repair but the gear you can get will be worth more than that.

And as you can see from this video, the component duplication glitch method still work, even after the updates so I had no problem of getting back the Caps that I spent on the cages.

WHY I need so much Combat Armors? To heavily arm my Human Provisioners (Robot Provisioners have that infamous "Naked Protectron" bug) that links the resources between my bases. As well as getting the Plasma and Laser weapons (as well as the ammunition for them) as early as possible.

Believe it or not, this method is a lot more reliable and less resource draining than using the Builder Machines from the Contraptions DLC.
