Happy Sabbath!

As we gather to observe the Sabbath, let us take a moment to reflect on the profound gift of rest and renewal that this day represents. In a world that often demands our constant attention and energy, the Sabbath invites us to step back from our daily routines and reconnect with our spiritual selves. It is a time to pause, to breathe, and to find solace in the presence of GoD. This Sacred day offers us an opportunity to appreciate the Beauty of Creation, to nurture our Relationships with GoD first, then family, and friends, and to seek Peace.

In this Spirit of Reflection and gratitude, we turn to the Scriptures for guidance. One verse that beautifully encapsulates the essence of the Sabbath is Exodus 20:8-10 (NIV): "Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it Holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your GoD." Let us honor this commandment by dedicating this day to worship, rest, and the rejuvenation of our spiritual Life, allowing ourselves to be filled with Joy and Peace as we embrace the Divine Presence and our Relationship with the Almighty and Others in our Lives.
