TENANT IS A NO-SHOW and ANOTHER CHANGED THE LOCKS?! 😤🚫

🔑 Quick stop to leave keys and garage remotes for the tenants — they were supposed to be here by now, but I can’t wait around all day. I’ve got inspections, appointments, and a full schedule, so I leave access for them and head to the next house.

And what do I find?
🚨 The tenant changed the locks.
WITHOUT permission.
WITHOUT issuing new keys.
WITHOUT notifying management.

This is not acceptable and comes with real consequences.

You cannot change locks on a rental property without approved authorization from the property manager or homeowner. Why?
✔️ Safety & liability issues
✔️ Emergency access required
✔️ Lease agreement violations
✔️ Interference with repairs, inspections, and legal access

This is how small issues become big legal problems.

As property managers, we MUST maintain access to every home we oversee — and tenants MUST follow the lease rules.

At DoorFuel Property Management, we ensure:
🔒 Access control is maintained
📜 Lease compliance is enforced
⚖️ Policy violations are addressed quickly

This is real Property Management.
This is the grind.
