Episode 7: Into the Roots (and Immediate Regret) | Peak

Our grand expedition into the new Roots biome begins… and promptly goes off the rails. Night forgot to put it on Tenderfoot difficulty, which means even the Shore hits like a freight train. I die almost instantly, get resurrected by the magic rock of pity, and discover the new “rising mists” mechanic — aka death’s foggy cousin. We do make it to Roots, but between Math’s schemes and Night’s terrified screaming, survival becomes more about distance than teamwork.
