The ABX bicep attachment can be used for incline bicep curl support, as a preacher curl bench, and I even use it for floor presses.

The dip and ab attachments are self explanatory.

Dips for the upper body and abs for the core. Because the Freak Athlete ABX is an FID bench, I can change the levels of incline to make decline sit ups harder.

The ABX leg developer works for leg extensions and leg curls with both weight plates and cable systems. The ABX is not compatible with the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro's leg developer
