Trying to Rebuild the Porch on a 1700's Farmhouse

Putting a front porch on this old farmhouse continues to be a test of our patience and work ethic. We have been looking forward to getting this done since the day we moved in. Now that its finally here, its been nothing but problem after problem. Will we overcome?
