Full Body Workout - Sandbag (aka Rockbag)

Brought a Sandbag on vacation that I filled with rocks and while it’s been fun, I was so happy to discover this little gym inside of a construction area

For this full body workout I did a circuit or 12-16 reps x 3 rounds
1. RDLs to squat clean
2. Hollow body chest presses
3. Squat to spread
4. Plank shoulder taps
5. Reverse lunges with torso twist
