About the Speaker:
Walter Ralston Martin (1928–1989), often called “The Father of Christian Countercult Apologetics,” was a pioneering theologian and author known for his uncompromising defense of biblical Christianity. Founder of the Christian Research Institute and host of the long-running radio program “The Bible Answer Man,” Martin specialized in examining cults, the occult, and non-Christian religions, providing Christians with tools to discern spiritual deception. His seminal works, including The Kingdom of the Cults and The Kingdom of the Occult, have influenced generations of pastors, scholars, and laypeople in the field of Christian apologetics.
