The story follows Sarah, a young woman haunted by guilt after her mother died in a motorcycle accident during her school years. Desperate to reconnect with her deceased mother, she turns to supernatural means. With the help of a mysterious classmate, she learns of a secret ritual that is said to enable her to contact her mother’s spirit in another realm.

But her quest for closure quickly spirals into terror: she visits the eerie Hotel Sakura with a friend, hoping to reach her mother—but soon realizes she is not alone. There are other spirits in the hotel, and more ghosts are listening than she ever expected.

As supernatural phenomena intensify, Sarah becomes trapped in a nightmare filled with dark mysteries and chilling apparitions.
