Aggressive driver under-takes Penny-Farthing over hashed markings in roundabout

Video shows an impatient driver see me signal left for their exit and under-takes me to turn in front of me. I had to swerve when I realized there was now a car on my inside when I was about to turn. Insanely wreckless, selfish & 100% avoidable but for driver impatience. Driver reported to Cambridgeshire Police and was enforced.
