Barking. The use of animals to harass me isn’t new, the spies have kept dogs barking next to my apartment’s door in Manhattan for years, also in the street near my apartment, fortunately, due to the intervention of the few good cops giving me a hand, this type of harassment isn’t as intense as in years past.
This entity has control of percentages of the population in each country, therefore, they can employ this harassment and others anywhere, in this clip, you see several individuals and around four dogs barking as I approach the building where I’m staying in Santiago, Chile, which is the same where I was early this year.
