Sometimes you can find yourself in a narcissistic family or group and you cant leave. It's like a club and sometimes you are not in it. Not that you want to be. Best thing to do is plan an exit strategy but this video is about when you can't. Sometimes that isn't possible. Next best thing to do is not to react to the drama. Dont defend yourself, dont explain, just ignore it. The worst things you can do is fight back. You can't win. The game is rigged. The last tool in the narcissist's toolbox is using flying monkeys and just throwing you a bunch of bullshit sandwiches. So, expect the worst. Just observe bad behavior and don't absorb. If you're lucky, they will forget you and go after someone else.
