The real estate market should have collapsed naturally after the 2008 global sub-prime mortgage implosion. They did not allow that to happen. Banks even held on to their foreclosed housing inventory to prop up real estate prices.

If the real estate market was allowed to collapse, that would have allowed most Middle Income Americans to enter the real estate market in droves.

They plan for most of human beings they like to call useless meat eaters to become renters of everything while living in their 15-minute cities they will build for us.

They threw in high risk mortgages with good quality prime mortgage when packaging their mortgage backed securities (MBS). THEN, they created and sold worldwide derivatives backed by derivatives backed by derivatives backed by derivatives that were all essentially worthless because they were backed another derivative. They created A HOUSE OF CARDS SITUATION.
