Training for 10K as a beginner (Week 6)

Join me for week six of my running journey as I tackle 60-minute runs three times this week. Despite the heat ranging from 85-87 degrees, I'm feeling optimistic and ready to push through. Starting Day 1 with a strong run feeling good, covering about 5.5 miles. On Day 2, despite a brief stop, I managed another 5.5 miles, focusing on my goal to keep me moving. The third run takes place in Colorado at an altitude of 8,200 feet, where the cooler 37-degree temperature and increased heart rate make it a unique challenge. But the beautiful scenery of aspens and a historic park make this run unforgettable. Tune in for updates and reflections on each run!
