Summary
The drama is about Jin Yanchuan and Shen Zhiyuan, a couple with a ten-year relationship and three-year marriage. After a car accident, Shen Zhiyuan suffers from memory loss and mistakenly believes Jin Yanchuan's younger brother, Jin Fusheng, is her true love.
