GATED HOA MOVE-IN CHAOS 😂🔐 | It’s NEVER Simple!

😂 Most move-ins are simple…
Drop the keys in a lockbox → Tenant picks them up → Done.

But when you’re moving into a gated HOA community?
Ohhh no no no.
That’s when the real Property Manager side quests begin. 😭🔐

These tenants need:
✔️ RFID access tags
✔️ Proper registration
✔️ HOA approval
✔️ Gate codes
✔️ Parking updates
✔️ Move-in scheduling
✔️ And their soul signed over in triplicate (kidding… kind of)

I just want them to be able to enter their own neighborhood on move-in day — because NOTHING is more awkward than a brand-new tenant stuck at the gate like:
“Uh… hello? Can someone let me in?” 😅

When you deal with HOAs, especially gated ones, you have to:
🔒 Plan ahead
🔒 Communicate constantly
🔒 Check EVERY requirement
🔒 Double-check (because the HOA will change something last minute)

Move-ins here aren’t just “keys in a lockbox.”
They’re logistical gymnastics.
But hey — we get it done so tenants feel welcome and homeowners feel protected.
