😂 BUSY DAY in Property Management!

First stop:
🏛️ Drop off the service papers at the courthouse / sheriff’s office
Because some tenants still think they can outrun legal notices… 😅

Next stop:
🔑 Remake keys — AGAIN.
Because the last set didn’t work properly.
(Why do keys always act like they have commitment issues? 😂)

Final stop:
💡 Change out dim lightbulbs in a rental before tours.
Because nobody wants to look at a home that feels like a horror movie basement.
Bright lights = better photos = better tenants.

This is what REAL Property Management looks like:
