Food has such a big impact on how I feel day to day, and lately I’ve been really leaning into high-protein, whole food meals that keep me energized and satisfied. In this video I’m sharing what a typical day of eating looks like for me, simple, nourishing, and always delicious.

I love creating meals that feel balanced and supportive of my lifestyle, without overthinking or restricting. For me it’s all about enjoying the process, listening to my body, and fueling in a way that makes me feel my best from the inside out!
