Is Disney done with DEI? The company dropped DEI from its annual report for the first time since 2019, signaling that the winds of change may be blowing through the House of Mouse.

This, coupled with Disney chopping programs like Reimagine Tomorrow and the "woke" scenes out of kids TV shows and seemingly pivoting back to center, could indicate that they're starting to get it.
