SECTION 8 FILTHY 😭💀 | Cleaning Crew STILL Missed Stuff!

😂 I show up to inspect a Section 8 property today… and WOW.

The cleaning crew “cleaned” it.
At least… that’s what they claimed.

But the second I walked inside, I knew instantly:
this place was Section 8 filthy. 😭💀

And the moment of truth?
I checked the HVAC filter — and WOW.
If that thing could talk, it would scream.
It wasn’t just dirty…
It was archaeological. 🤣🤢

Even after the cleanup, you can still tell EXACTLY how the previous tenants lived:
🏚️ Caked-on grime
🧽 Spots untouched
💨 Filters never changed
🚪 Corners skipped
🫠 And a “cleaning job” that needs a cleaning job

Now it’s time to walk the rest of the property and see what ELSE the cleaning crew missed, what needs fixing, and what we have to do to get this home tenant-ready again.
