😂 I swear this job puts me in the funniest situations.

Today a tenant dropped off their rent payment…
in straight 20s and 100s.
In the parking lot.
Of an HOA.
At night.

I felt like a mob boss collecting envelopes from the crew.
All that was missing was a black Cadillac and sunglasses. 💀😂

But hey — rent paid is rent paid.
Cash spends the same.
Now it’s time to take this very suspicious-looking stack of cash to the bank before someone thinks I’m running a full operation out here.
