Don't Expect Anything from God 🙏

A young lady speaks about her expectations trying to get something out of the Silent Prayer. She's let go and become present, which has made her much more organized and clean in her home cooking — rather than a messy multitasker! (She points out what she calls "brainwashing," that "women are good at multitasking," but she now disputes such a notion.)

The prayer is about slowing down, being quiet, so the Truth can catch up with you. Practice being present. Stop thinking. You don't need thoughts — and you don't need anger. People think, Oh, I need anger for motivation, or to defend myself. No, you don't! With anger, you won't see things coming!
