A Thai restaurant turns disaster into a unique ‘water dining’ experience

A flood turned a small noodle shop in Nakhon Pathom into Thailand’s newest attraction — a place where customers eat with their feet in the water and fish swimming all around them.

"It feels like we're in a health spa while eating noodles," one customer said.
