Liberal Secretary of State for Children refuses to support jail time for child abusers

Conservative MP Andrew Lawton asked the Liberal Secretary of State for Children about the Supreme Court's decision to axe mandatory minimum sentences for child sexual abusers.

Liberals MPs scrambled to shut the discussion down and suspended the meeting. The secretary refused to answer the simple question.
