Just Human #355: Antifa Group Hit with Riot, Murder, and Terrorism Charges + Big News in Comey Case

In this episode, we go over the criminal case against multiple Antifa-affiliated defendants who recently received either a plea deal OR a superseding indictment, which added new charges—including rioting, attempted murder, and terrorism.

Then we turn to the criminal case against Comey and the numerous significant issues that are elucidated in a new ORDER and MEMORANDUM from Magistrate Judge Fitzpatrick. Though U.S. Attorney Halligan was able to get a STAY on that order, the case appears to be in dire straits, as missteps, misconduct, violations of the defendants’ rights, and improper procedures before the grand jury by Halligan and others involved in the investigation have surfaced.

Perhaps there are reasonable explanations for all those issues. We may get those explanations before the end of this week.

However, there’s also the possibility that the case is dead before Thanksgiving.
