😂 Busy day in Property Management — aka, the DAILY cardio workout.

One house is now fully prepped with:
🔑 Backup keys
🔒 Lockbox installed
📸 Tour-ready setup

And the NEXT house?
Also ready for the renters to move in as soon as their application is approved.
Fresh keys, access ready, clean, prepped — the works.

Today it’s:

➡️ Lockboxes
➡️ Driving
➡️ More keys
➡️ More driving
➡️ AND MORE KEYS

Sometimes I think the real job title should be Professional Key Collector 😂

But we got both properties ready, move-ins prepped, and tours good to go.
Now it’s time for the second half of the job…
