Substitute teacher follows boy into bathroom? WTF TEACH!?

Since when are substitute teachers okay to go into a bathroom? After a boy standing behind him while he's inside of a stall and going to the bathroom. That seems like a little bit suspect. They need to instead of defending the teacher.
