H-Bahn in Dortmund 🇩🇪 (2024-10)

Take a ride with the H-Bahn (abbreviation for Hängebahn, German for 'suspension railway') in Dortmund, Germany. It is a driverless passenger suspension railway system, which was developed by Siemens. This overhead railway has run since 1984 at the University of Dortmund. Operating voltage is 3 x 400 V, 50 Hz. Each cabin provides seating for 16 and standing room for 29 passengers. Network length is 3.162 km.
